Nature of Services

As a professional services firm, we offer consultation, taxation, accounting, and compliance services, which are intangible and customized. Therefore, refunds are handled differently compared to physical products.

No Refund After Service Delivery

Once a service has been successfully delivered, completed, or work has commenced, no refund will be provided.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Payment made in excess due to technical or billing error
  • Duplicate payment for the same service
  • Service could not be initiated due to our internal limitations

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after payment
  • Delay caused due to incomplete or incorrect information from the client
  • Government fees, statutory charges, or third-party payments
  • Services already in progress or completed

Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request cancellation before the commencement of service
  • Once the work has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited through the original mode of payment
